Rick is a third generation resident of Weymouth and has been selling residential real estate throughout the South Shore since 1984. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute - a designation signifying ninety hours of advanced in-class real estate education and holds the CRS designation from the Council of Residential Specialists – a designation held by less than five percent of all Realtors® - and the CRB designation from the Council of Real Estate Brokers and Managers. Rick has been active in the South Shore Association of Realtors® serving on many committees as well as its 1997 President. The South Shore Association of Realtors® selected him as the 1997 Realtor of the Year, the only time in its sixty-plus year history a sitting president has received that honor. He continues to be active in both the local and Massachusetts Association of Realtors® and is married to the former Cheryl Swanson. They have two adult children.
